We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 days processing period required to process international orders from the date your payment is received.
2) Additional time may be required due to weather and/or custom clearance delays. Your patience and understanding will be greatly appreciated in such scenarios.
3) The Tracking number supplied of an imported item will be supplied within 1 - 5 days after your order is processed. This indicates that your item is on the way, however the delivery date on the tracking is to our Miami Warehouse and not to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate theΒ situationΒ and make it right. We try our best to not list Imported Products which are susceptible to damage during transit, however if damages or defects are encountered, a refund or return is not guaranteed, but we will try out best to work with the supplier to receive a replacement or a partial or full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
